Our Story

Our organisation is a newly established non-governmental organisation founded in 2026 by a group of individuals who came together around a shared concern: despite increasing awareness of diversity and equality, many social, educational, and youth-related initiatives still struggle to ensure meaningful participation for people from different backgrounds, abilities, and life experiences. Recognising this gap between awareness and practice, the founding members decided to establish an organisation dedicated to promoting inclusivity through practical actions, learning opportunities, and community-based initiatives.

The organisation was created to contribute to more inclusive societies by strengthening access to opportunities for individuals facing social, economic, cultural, educational, or physical barriers. Our main areas of work include social inclusion, diversity awareness, inclusive youth work, equal access to non-formal education, and empowerment of disadvantaged groups. We design activities that encourage participation, intercultural dialogue, and cooperation while supporting youth workers and educators in developing inclusive methods and approaches.

Non-governmental organisations play a crucial role in building inclusive communities, as they often act as bridges between individuals, institutions, and local communities. For this reason, inclusivity is not only a topic of our work but also a guiding principle in how we design projects, collaborate with partners, and engage participants. Although the organisation was formally established in 2026, it aims to build upon the previous experience, motivation, and long-term engagement of its members in youth work and community initiatives.
